October 2020 Songs of Praise
Welcome to Dumbarton, Ancient Capital of Strathclyde, Royal Burgh, County Town and home to around 20,000 people today who live close to the rivers Clyde and Leven, encircling hills and nearby Loch Lomond.
We cannot sing in church at the minute, but hopefully these YouTube links will enable you to sing along at home to some of your favourite hymns. Numbers given are for Church Hymnary 4th Edition
Hymn: Glory be to God the Father (No 110)
Hymn: Lord you have come to the seashore (No 532)
Hymn: Amazing grace (No 555)
Hymn: 528 Make me a channel of your peace (No 528)
Hymn: Lord the light of your love is shining (No 448)
Blessing:
The peace of Christ be with you,
the strength of the Spirit be with you,
and may the Father hold you close
in his own dear hand,
today, and every day and for ever. Amen
