Welcome to our service today. For the next few weeks, looking ahead to the Cop26 conference in Glasgow later in the year, we’ll be looking at aspects of the natural world, and what they can tell us about God, his care, and his will for his world.
Jesus said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him?” Mark 4: 40-41

Welcome
Usually towards the end of the school year we are involved in end-of-year celebrations with the local schools with which we have chaplaincy links – Aitkenbar, Braehead, Dalreoch, Knoxland and Dumbarton Academy.
Because of Covid-19 restrictions we are again unable to be directly involved this year, though during the year we have tried to maintain our links with the schools, sometimes providing them with material, sometimes reassuring Head Teachers and staff that they remain in our thoughts and prayers.
In our service today we’ll focus on young people in schools, the staff, and families and other carers at home.
Blessed be the LORD whose unfailing love for me was wonderful. Psalm 31: 21
